Please be advised that we typically do not accept returns if the products have been used, unless is found to be defective (i.e. damage-in-transit, tear, etc.). “Federal law requires that all garments worn next to the skin be laundered before being handled. Any garment returned in soiled condition cannot be inspected by our employees for health reasons, and will be sent back to you unevaluated.” It is our policy that no refunds are given on worn or tried on products.
If the returned merchandise is determined to be defective, Northern Vascular Support will, at its discretion, replace the merchandise. A Return Merchandise Authorization number must be obtained prior to any returned requests. Our customers have a two week period after receipt of product(s) to contact us, otherwise, your purchase is deemed final. In addition, the refund does not include shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned merchandise.
