Textile orthosis with adjustable hinges. epX Knee Control Plus is provided with two circular straps on the thigh and lower leg and two straps immediately above and below the patella, alternately wrapped in right and left direction, as well as lateral metal splints with polycentric joint. For the protection of damaged ligaments, the range of movement during flexion and extension of the knee, which is guided by the lateral splints, can be limited as required by adjusting the hinges in 10° and 20° steps.
